Italian Meatloaf
Ingredients- 1/2 lb ground sirloin
- 1/2 lb ground italian sausage
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp herbs de province
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- ketchup
- crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 (oven temperatures may vary).
- Mix ground sirloin, ground italian sausage, bread crumbs, eggs, steak sauce, tarragon, white pepper, salt, and herbs de province in mixing bowl.
- Place meatloaf mixture in loaf pan. Cover top of meatloaf with ketchup, parsley and crushed red pepper to taste.
- Bake for 45 minutes (times may vary, check temperature after 35 minutes). Heat to 165 degrees internal temperature.
